The Turret Tarot, formerly advertised as the Portal Collaborative Tarot Initiative, is a Portal-themed art anthology featuring art inspired by tarot cards and their meanings.Currently, we are seeking visual artists for completion of a deck of Portal-themed cards featuring characters, iconography and scenes from the games and related media. The type of deck will be determined based on the amount of artist interest. Potential outcomes for the project are:
An oracle deck (no specific number of cards)
A Rider-Waite major arcana tarot deck (22 cards)
A full Rider-Waite tarot deck (78 cards)
The final release methods of the collaboration will also be determined by interest; information about digital or physical releases will be specified aftrer the scope of the project is decided.

- Will there be a physical release of the zine or actual cards printed?
At this time, due to the project's second start and a (currently) small artist team, the final release state has not been decided. While physical copies of the zine, or a functioning deck, would be ideal, we don't want to overwork our artists or mod team!
- Will there be illustrations for the minor arcana?
If there is sufficient artist interest, the project will be expanded to include cards for the minor arcana. At this time, the confirmed artist team is not large enough to take on a project of that scale.
- How can I show interest for the project?
Joining the Discord! It gives us (the mod team) the ability to easily see how many people are interested or want to participate without having to try and compare cross-platform notifications.
- How can I apply to be an artist in the project?
Artist applications will open after a period of interest checking. Being in the Discord means you'll see applications are opening as soon as they do!

Due to the project being revamped, there is not a list of artists available. Applications will open soon, and will be linked here.
The zine is currently co-moderated by the-dangerous-mute-lunatic, Cinna (horribletestsubject), Andy, Canon (canonkiller), and Crane.
SCHEDULE.txt
The project is currently in an interest check period, due to the amount of time that has passed since the original launch. A full schedule will be determined after interest has been gauged.
